Working with Message Text
After you create a search, message text is displayed in the column. To conserve on space, the Research app only shows the first four lines of each message. If the text is longer then four lines, a set of ellipses (...) are displayed at the end of the fourth line of text. You can expand or collapse each message to display more or less information as needed.
To expand or collapse a story:
Click on the message text in the search column.
The story is expanded to display the full text.
You must click on the message text and not directly on the ellipsis to expand or collapse the text.
Click on the same message that was just expanded.
The text is collapsed to display the first four lines only.
